Cupola Consulting delivers FEA COVID-19 epidemic webinar

We were invited by the Foodservice Equipment Association (formerly CESA) to participate in their highly successful, informative series of webinars focusing specifically on the actions and tactics that catering equipment dealers, catering equipment manufacturers, catering equipment distributors and related foodservice and catering industry businesses can employ during and post the Coronavirus/COVID-19 epidemic.

Using a totally bespoke presentation, Steve addressed around 60 FEA members including manufacturers, prime importers, service companies and logistics suppliers about what to do during the continuing lockdown, and what to prepare for as the country and the industry began to transition back to the ‘new normal’. The topics discussed in the 60 minute session included supply chain, HR, marketing and product selection, coupled with a lively Q&A session.
